International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws vary from country to country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the importation of our products. We do not encounter problems with Customs when shipping to most countries.*

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue your a prompt refund, minus the shipping fees, and may send a replacement order at our discretion.

Neurobiologix does not guarantee that any shipment leaving the United States will arrive in a timely manner to any country. If a shipment is now allowed into your country for any reason we are not liable for your package beyond the United States.

LOST/DAMAGED BY POSTAL SERVICE: We are not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email (6 weeks for international), please contact us and we will direct you as to how to file a claim with the postal service.

You will receive an email with your tracking details when you order has shipped.

SHIPPING ERRORS: Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, although our fulfillment error rate is far below industry average, mistakes do sometimes happen. For these reasons it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with the order. We cannot honor changes outside of this time frame.

What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?

Please contact customer service by emailing or calling (866)834-3736 for more information on returning an item.  If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

If you have an item that is unopened and within 60 days of purchase you may return for a credit to your account. You are responsible for shipping any items you would like to return back to us.
